Hi,
Just came across bullet. I wanted to know if there are dynamic models available in bullet to simulate flexible cables given the physical properties of the cable (length, dia, weight, young's modulus, with the motion of the cable end points prescribed)?
I am having some code that I wrote in C a long time ago for modeling flexible cables modeled as a series of discrete mass points interconnected by springs and dampers (voigt model). I can fish out the code, clean it up and port it to bullet in case it already does not have one.
I will need some help in doing this as I am new to bullet. I have basic knowledge of C and C++. Any one willing to help me?
