Collision offsets again

Hi I know btDefaultMotionState has funtions to do this and could do it however I've done the same thing in my own code and everything seems to be working fine. The upside of this is that it works with CollisionObjects that don't have motion states as well.

The only issue I have is that I'm looking to optimize my game and I'm now wondering if this perhaps isn't the best way of doing it.

I still use a default motion state with the identity for the COM so I'm assuming it still uses the interpolation features but just would be interested to hear your thoughts?

Plus if I need to change it to use the Motion State in the proper way, what should I do about the collision object? It seems wrong to have too different solutions.
