PSP contest question - teams?

I want to ask if it's possible to ask the community for help with the game - since there are already entries made by more than 1 person. I don't have much time to accomplish some really nice graphics, although the game is almost ready. I have 3 levels, splitscreen multiplayer, 2 types of cars, some nice physics obstacles, but the game needs a lot of testing, tuning and graphics work.
