This is great news. There shouldn't be any reason to use PhysX over Bullet.
Sinsoft doesn't use any of the eye candy such as cloth, soft body, fluid, force fields, APEX that PhysX is known for.
Latest Bullet release includes cloth, softbody including with 2-way rigid body interaction and sph fluids with upcoming two-way interaction. Also note that Bullet also gets multi-platform OpenCL/GPU acceleration, just like PhysX.
