In 2.14a, is CCD enabled for Swept Object against triangle mesh? If so, is there some way to activate CCD like the old CcdPhysicsEnvironment::setCcdMode() function (apart from using btRigidBody::m_ccdSquareMotionTreshold and btRigidBody::m_ccdSweptShereRadius)?
