How to calculate impulse of impact point manually? What is formula to do it?
I need analog for m_appliedImpulse of btManifoldPoint.

Newtons second law my friend.
Force is nothing but the rate of change of linear momentum in inertial frame.
So F = dP / dT = d(mV)/ dt = m * dV/ dt since mass can be assumed to be constant for a rigid body.
Momentum P = m * V
P = Momentum
dV / dt = rate of change of velocity = acceleration = a
V = velocity
m = mass
