broken line endings in source files

the svn:eol-style property is missing (should be set to native) on at least the following files, causing problems:

src/BulletCollision/CollisionShapes/btTriangleInfoMap.h
src/BulletCollision/CollisionDispatch/btInternalEdgeUtility.cpp
Demos/InternalEdgeDemo/InternalEdgeDemo.cpp

I dunno whether you want to use eol-style or mime-type but it needs something to address the line endings.

Next time please file an issue report, so we don't forget about it.

It has been fixed in latest trunk, for all text files.
