Floating cylinders & changing center of mass

Floating cylinders & changing center of mass

My cylinders seem to spin around in the air sometimes. My center of mass output also seems to change each time I run, so I think that might be causing the floating cylinders.
Does anyone know why this might be happening? Thanks!!!!!!
