Hi
- is it much time until motors can make their way in Bullet?
If it is feasible in a short term (6-10 months) I'd really be glade working both on Bullet and Blender to add support for them.
Now, I just don't have any clue about what kind of workload it may be.
With best regards,
Riccardo

Re: when will bullet have support for motors?
There is already one basic motor in the btHingeConstraint, see the ConstraintDemo. It all depends what kind of motor you need (many varieties exist), but it should be doable to add more.riccardo wrote:Hi

yes, I wanted to correct my self... after a bit of searching I found out that bullet has already powered joints. I apologise .
(I think I was influenced by some posts about bullet vs ode...)
Are pjoints working properly (for engineeristic purposes) at the moment?
Is there already support for them in blender? or it is planned?
May I help in this two areas?
[ *I'd really like to* ]
Thanks,
Riccardo
