SIMD functions

It seems the SIMD versions of resolveSingleConstraintRow* only get used if SOLVER_INTERLEAVE_CONTACT_AND_FRICTION_CONSTRAINTS. Their use is commented out in the code that runs if not using that solver flag. What was the reason for this?
