See the slides <a href=\"http:\/\/sglab.kaist.ac.kr\/~sungeui\/Collision_tutorial\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Disney Avalanche just shipped their <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Toy_Story_3:_The_Video_Game\" target=\"_blank\">Toy Story 3 game<\/a> for PlayStation 3, XBox 360 and Wii, and it uses Bullet physics.<\/p>\n<p>Weta Digital integrated Bullet in their in-house FX pipeline tool called wmRigid, and one of the first releases using the rigid body simulation is the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_A-Team_(film)\" target=\"_blank\">A-Team movie<\/a>, thanks to Ronnie for letting us know!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_A-Team_(film)\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-201 aligncenter\" title=\"ateam\" src=\"https:\/\/pybullet.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/ateam1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"174\" height=\"65\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pybullet.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/200px-Sherlock_holmes_ver51.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"200px-Sherlock_holmes_ver5\" src=\"https:\/\/pybullet.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/200px-Sherlock_holmes_ver51-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I work at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/framestore.com\/\">Framestore<\/a>, and spent several months last year developing a tool called &#8220;fBounce&#8221;, which allows artists to run Bullet rigid body simulations through Maya. The tool has been used on a few productions now, but the only one released so far is Sherlock Holmes, which won the VES award for Outstanding Supporting Visual Effects in a Feature Motion Picture. There&#8217;s an article on the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fxguide.com\/article597.html\">fxguide website<\/a> about the effects, which mentions fBounce twice!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Thanks a lot Kate for sharing this information.
