Why no Bullet executable , only source code ?

Hi
I wanna install PyBullet 3.2.4 ( latest ) on my PC but there's only the source code to download , not directly the executable , why ?
So I installed Visual Studio 2022 to build it but Visual Studio additionally need " Desktop development with C++ " , total space required 8.29 GB , it's huge ...
