How will the PS3 version of Bullet be distributed/licensed? Will it still be open source/zlib license, or will it be licensed middleware like Havok or PhysX?
I am sorry if this question is answered elsewhere, but I did search. The home page says "Free for commercial use, including Playstation 3", but Erwin also refers to a PS3 version that he is working on which is separate from the open source version. Is this just because the PS3 development is not complete?

Licenced Playstation 3 developers can just ask for Bullet SPU optimized version through the usual Playstation support channels.
It might be possible that a PS3 Linux Bullet version will become available at some stage, that is optimized to make use of SPUs.
