Apply force to kinematic cc when rigid body below is moving

Hello everyone. I am using Bullet's btKinematicCharacterController for my character, and I am having trouble with some translations.

When my character controller is on top of a rigid body which is moving in circles with an angular velocity, the character is stuck on the same place. What I want to do is to apply some kind of movement so the character moves if the rigid body below him is moving as well.

What would be the best way of doing this? Thanks.
