MESH THAT TENDS TO STAND UP

Hi i want to make this effect to my body with a spherical base like a capsule, i want that if i hit this object with a cube or whatever it return standing up.... i don't know how to tell, i want that if i hit this mody, it will swing untill it is in stand up position
