Ragdoll flailing behind (6DOFJoint)

Hello, I'm making a game where characters are always ragdolls and I need help from someone who actually knows how physics works.

I have skeletal animation, I take angles from it and make my ragdoll's constraints as what values from animation is, so ragdoll follows it pretty good, but look at dodges, for some reason ragdoll has lots of inertia and bends too much ignoring my constraints. What parameters should I edit to make ragdoll follow constraints as strict as possible?
