Where are the examples mentioned in the doc

Am I missing something, or is the documentation supplied with the zip, painfully outdated?
I want to look into Concave triangle meshes to create an environment I can interact with, an the docs says to look at examples/ConcaveDemo
but that is not in the current release zip? Can any one point me to it?
