Pixelux Entertainment is the developer of the revolutionary "Digital Molecular Matter" material physics system which has been licensed for use by LucasArts in their upcoming Star Wars 2007 and Indy games.

Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and refining the DMM material physics engine for next-generation consoles and high-end PCs
- Write high quality and high performance C and C++ code.
- Provide and follow task list and assist in planning schedules for development
- Work to optimize physics and collision detection algorithms on next generation PS3 and Xbox360 platforms
- Take part in the design and implementation of the next generation of DMM technology
- Help game developers integrate DMM into their production pipeline
- Interface with other members of the team as well as with customers.
- Maintain a professional attitude during all stages of development

Qualifications:
- B.S.C.S. degree
- 3+ years of experience in the creation and development of high performance real-time multiprocessing algorithms
- Strong physics and math skills as well as the ability to rapidly read and implement algorithms from research papers
- C/C++ experience required
- Preferred experience in developing and implementing interfaces for real-time physics systems
- Ability to work independently and to be self-directed.
- Excellent team and communication skills
- A passion to create groundbreaking technologies

what i'd like to know is.. are you using a continuous/FEM-type or mass-spring-type approach? :wink:
