Is there any method to export .bullet file from 3ds 2012?

Hi guys,

I'm a novice at game developing and handling Bullet. But when I try to find some way for the 3D artist in my group to export .bullet file for me, I have no idea how to achieve it. :(
However, those 3D artists use only 3ds 2012 and I have no choice. I just can search for the available way for 3ds 2012.
I've found a lot of internet information about relative topics, but in vain. So if anyone knows how to export .bullet file "only" from 3DS MAX 2012, plz inform me, I'll be thankful for your help!

Oh, by the way, my English isn't very well, if there's any description not so clear...just forgive me.

Best regards,
Wolf Lai

It doesn't look like there are any exporters currently maintained for 3ds max, unfortunately.
Appears that you can, however, build the old PhysX bullet exporter yourself. Check this out: http://www.bulletphysics.org/Bullet/php ... =12&t=8025

I'm stuck in the same situation, as I am most familiar with Max.
My solution? I'm going to learn to use blender instead

Thanks for your reply, though I've read the topic you provided.
I've tried for building and modifying Dynamica bullet plugin for MAX 2012, though successfully build, but somehow still a problem make it just can be loaded on the background while tool boxes were missing. Due to some change from 2011 to MAX 2012's SDK. But I'll keep trying to solve the problem, just because I have no choice.

Thanks a lot for your help and advise.

I had the same problem and ended up building it myself for Max2012 64bit only. I can give you my executable if you like, but I made some small coordinate system changes. See my thread on the subject...
