C API collision callback

Hello
There is attempt to expand C Api to fit needs for writting 3d applications in C language.
Engine updates for API C needed if it is already done else gonna write self.
Current using C++ & reference type in callback functions can make uncompatible with C language.
Of cource C++ is good(6+ yrs of experience) and C is future.
