How do I go with implementing this project to mine?

I am very new to implementing projects and such into my projects, and can have a hard time trying to figure it out alone.

Can anyone help me? What file(s) should I be looking for? Are they just include files, or library files too?
Or do I just copy over everything from the solution and try to connect it to my project?
